Saxophonist and composer Pasquale Calò presents live his project Where I Come From (GleAM Recuerdos, 2023), a research work carried out by the Italian since 2012.

It was conceived as a diary on elements of popular musical traditions encountered in Italy, Spain, the Balkans, India, North Africa, and in the Middle and South America. The work is focused on the concept of the identity, and it digs deep into the traditions to circumscribe, recognize and develop in a new light those elements that we inherit from it, from the oldest part of the culture.
