FRANZA
Director of Semente Cultural Productions and Founder of Elle Effe Events, Loredana has worked for years as an Event Coordinator in various sectors, including Tourism and Fundraising.
Since 2017, she has lived in Sweden, where she has also worked as an artist manager and international agent. As Project Manager and director of Semente Cultural Productions, Loredana has focused over the past 6 years on directing and producing jazz festivals (such as the Stockholm Women’s International Jazz Festival), concert series, and international music projects. This includes jazz education projects for youth and children (such as JazzCamp for Girls Sweden), both in Sweden and abroad.
Spain
Marina Roveta is the director of Producciones Submarinas, a management and booking agency established in Spain in 2010 that manages the careers of renowned Spanish artists and bands.
In 2020, Marina deepened her engagement with international peers by participating in the inaugural European-wide mentorship program for music managers organized by EMMA (the European Music Managers Alliance). She was also involved in the 2023-SEWEM program (Sino-European Women Entrepreneurs in Music), a networking and mentoring initiative funded by the European Commission to enhance the skills of European and Chinese women in the music and export sectors.
Currently, Marina Roveta is a member of the Folk/Global Music Committee of EMMA. In this committee, she collaborates with professionals across Europe to foster the growth and development of this musical genre, promoting knowledge exchange and international opportunities.
FISCH
Austria
Regina Fisch is the founder and director of DE/SEMBLE, a festival for jazz and adventurous music in Vienna. Before studying International Music Management in the Netherlands, Regina worked in the cultural field in Denmark and Germany. Her work focuses on implementing strategic measures to promote equality and fair representation in the music scene. In 2023, she founded TUMULTTOTAL, a promotion company specializing in jazz and adjacent styles. Since 2022, she has been the communications manager for the Salam Music Festival in Vienna.
Regina has worked for mica – music austria and Austrian Music Export, and was the Project Coordinator of MEWEM Europa, a European initiative that promotes management skills and entrepreneurship among women in the music industry. She has participated in capacity-building programs like Music Cities Events/Sound Diplomacy and Live Incubator to enhance transnational cooperation and cultural circulation throughout Europe.
ALDÉN
Sara Aldén, a vibrant Swedish jazz vocalist from Gothenburg, brings integrity and curiosity to her exploration of jazz. Her music invites listeners into intimate moments of stillness while also resonating powerfully in grand spaces.
Growing up between Sala and Avesta in Sweden, Sara discovered her passion for jazz at the age of 12, starting with big band performances. Today, jazz remains her main focus, and she creates jazz as if her life depended on it.

Teresa Bau is a cultural journalist specialized in music, with a particular focus on jazz. She is passionate about the fusion of jazz with genres such as hip hop, electronic music, and rock, and enjoys discovering new bands and sounds within these styles. She is connected to the vibrant jazz scene in Barcelona, the city where she lives, and likes to explore what is happening in the scenes of other countries, especially where new generations are blending jazz with global sounds, such as Latin, African, and Asian music. She writes for cultural and music media outlets such as Núvol, Mas Jazz, Enlace Funk and Tomajazz.
