DISCOVER THE TWELVE SHOWCASES

We present the 12 groups that will perform at the first edition of JAZZ I AM. The jury, formed by Susanna Carmona (Artistic director at Jazz Terrassa and journalist), Jordi Gaspar (pedagogical director Taller de Músics School for Higher Music Education), Martyna Markowska (Artistic director Katowice JazzArt Festival), Josep Mestres (secretary of the Association of Jazz Festivals and Programmers of Catalonia) and Diana Palau (Representative ofAssociation of Jazz and Modern Music of Catalonia), has decided that the selected ones are:

The 12 proposals will be an exhibition of the originality, quality and versatility of jazz in the country. They will perform on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th March 2019 in front of all the national and international programmers attending the meeting. The showcases will present proposals that combine jazz with different styles such as electronic pop, flamenco and black metal, among others.
