CREATIVE EUROPE, FINANCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MUSIC PROJECTS
Creative Europe is the European Commission\’s framework programme for support to the culture and audiovisual sectors. It had a budget of €1.46 billion in 2018, and supports Europe\’s cultural and creative sectors. The objectives of Creative Europe are to help the cultural and creative sectors, seize the opportunities of the digital age and globalisation; enable the sectors to reach their economic potential, contributing to sustainable growth, jobs and social cohesion; and to give the cultural and media sectors access to new international opportunities, markets, and audiences. The presentation of the Creative Europe project will focus on the most practical aspects of how to finance a music project through this framework.

AUGUSTO PARAMIO
Augusto Paramio is the coordinator of Creative Europe-Culture and Europe for Citizens programs since 2004. He graduated in Romance Philology from the French Philology Division at the University of Valladolid. He also joined a doctoral program in the Faculty of Philology at the University of Oviedo in 1987, among others. He has worked as a professor of secondary education, specialized in French, since 1984, and head of the department, in charge of cultural activities and cataloging of the bibliographic collection before 1945. Between 1988 and 1998, in the Superior School of Art of \”La Palma\” in Madrid. He also coordinated and taught Spanish Language and Culture in the Summer Programs of ACADEMIC STUDIES ABROAD (ASA) between 1990 and 1997.
