The Guy Mintus Trio presents a surprisingly diverse program ranging from pieces by classical composers such as Mozart, Beethoven and Chopin, selections from the trio’s latest album dedicated to George Gershwin, songs from the Great Israeli Songbook as well as original compositions. The common thread is the trio’s playful and creative approach. They’re able to tell a personal and unique story with each piece while bringing it into their own playground with lots of imagination, joy, spontaneity and groove.
