Cris L\u00f3pezz Quartet takes flamenco as a living root and brings it into dialogue with other musical languages such as electronic music, jazz, and Mediterranean sounds. The project builds an intimate and evocative sonic universe, where traditional forms open up to new electronic textures and spaces for experimentation.<\/p>\n

On stage, the quartet offers an immersive and deeply sensorial experience: a scenic ritual where delicacy and power, tradition and avant-garde coexist. A music that invites both attentive listening and emotional journeying, always from an honest and contemporary place.<\/p>\n

Cris L\u00f3pezz is a singer, composer, and producer with a solid background in flamenco singing and a career shaped by sound research and openness to new artistic languages. A graduate in Flamenco Singing from ESMUC, with technical training in sound, music production, and new technologies, her work moves naturally between flamenco tradition and contemporary creation.<\/p>\n

She has collaborated with renowned artists such as Silvia P\u00e9rez Cruz, Albert Pla, Las Migas, El Ni\u00f1o de Elche, and Chano Dom\u00ednguez, and is co-director of projects like LaboratoriA and La Prenda Roja, where she explores flamenco from an experimental and electronic perspective. In recent years, she has developed an intense activity in the scenic and interdisciplinary fields, composing and directing music for theatre, dance, and visual arts.<\/p>\n

She is currently a professor in the Bachelor’s Degree\u00a0in Flamenco at Taller de M\u00fasics ESEM, where she combines teaching with her creative work, vocal research, and the development of new artistic projects.
