CREATIVE EUROPE, FINANCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MUSIC PROJECTS
Creative Europe is the European Commission’s framework programme for support to the culture and audiovisual sectors. It had a budget of €1.46 billion in 2018, and supports Europe’s cultural and creative sectors. The objectives of Creative Europe are to help the cultural and creative sectors, seize the opportunities of the digital age and globalisation; enable the sectors to reach their economic potential, contributing to sustainable growth, jobs and social cohesion; and to give the cultural and media sectors access to new international opportunities, markets, and audiences. The presentation of the Creative Europe project will focus on the most practical aspects of how to finance a music project through this framework.
