Martín Meléndez presents a fresh project in jazz trio format. His repertoire is made up of his own pieces, arranged for cello, piano and drums and through which he strives to demonstrate that a classical instrument such as the cello can also play a key role in more contemporary genres such as modern and urban music. His sound covers styles ranging from jazz, Latin jazz and soul bop.
