Graduate in Management, specializing in Cinema and Television, and PhD in Economics, Dina Nurgaleeva has worked in different fields, such as film production with film director Ilya Khotinenko, television at Russia Today Channel and in the tourism sector. Dina Nurgaleeva began her business career in the music industry as the director of the Jazz Dance Orchestra. In 2016, she founded the Magnetophone Music Agency. She co-produces the annual City of Jazz outdoor festival in one of the most beautiful places in Moscow, the Botanical Garden of Moscow State University.

Dina Nurgaleeva is the artistic director of the Jazz Across Borders Forum & Festival that takes place in November in Saint Petersburg. This international festival and meeting represents an open door to the Russian market, especially for emerging artists. In 2018 she was also the director of the International Jazz Day program in Saint Petersburg.
