Cinzia Venier

Cinzia Venier

Cinzia Venier is a cultural project manager with over 15 years of experience in the music sector, specializing in artistic programming, booking, production, and international cooperation across Europe. As the former Head of Management and Productions at Taller de Músics, she led artist and label management, festivals, tours, and co-created JAZZ I AM, expanding its international presence. She has mentored emerging music professionals and established partnerships with leading cultural institutions and festivals worldwide. Currently, she develops campaigns focused on brand strategy, experiential marketing, and sponsorship, connecting major brands with music events and artists.

Marina Fernández

Marina Fernández

Marina Fernández is a cultural manager specializing in music. She holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Granada and completed a University Expert Programme in Cultural Management at the University of Cádiz (2012). She also earned a Master’s Degree in Cultural Management, Music, Theatre, and Dance from the Complutense University of Madrid (2013–2015). Since 2008, she has worked on the chamber music programmes of Asociación Qultura (Cádiz).

She founded the JazzCádiz Festival in 2008 and continues to direct it today. She has led and programmed the Jazzahara Fair-Festival since 2019. In 2015, she promoted the creation of Andajazz, the Andalusian Federation of Jazz Associations. From 2014 to 2019, she was head of the Production and Communication Department at CAMM —the Centre for Modern Arts and Music in Málaga. Since 2019, she has been the Coordinator of Plataforma Jazz España.

Olga Àbalos

Olga Àbalos

Olga Àbalos is a cultural journalist trained at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She is currently Head of Press for the Terrassa Jazz Festival and a music critic for the newspaper Ara, as well as a regular collaborator with Catalunya Ràdio. She has worked in music production on projects and with companies such as Arco y Flecha, the Mercat de Música Viva de Vic, Sónar, and Primavera Sound. She also combines her professional work with teaching communication at the University of Barcelona.
